About me…

With accreditation in Business and Office Management and soon to complete my HR Certification, I have been an Executive Assistant within some of the biggest consultancies and firms in Melbourne from Education, Professional Services and IT to a globally successful Start-up created on the Surf Coast.

My experience from a vast range of industries has formed who I am today as I build on my career as an HR Professional.

What I love about my job…

I joined Strawberry Seed Consulting in 2019 as an HR Assistant and was promoted to HR Coordinator in 2021 whilst completing my HR Certification.

I am passionate about helping businesses find the right people by assisting them through their recruitment process and supporting them through their growth.

I always thought I would stay within the parameters of what I know in business administration until Carli offered me the opportunity to study my HR Qualification and expand into a career in HR. As cheesy as it sounds, I now feel as though I have found my true calling.

Ultimately, I love being a part of an incredibly supportive team who openly share their knowledge and pool their experience so that our clients have access to infinite expertise when engaging Strawberry Seed. It’s something I’m so proud to be a part of.

When I’m not at work…

I reside on the Surf Coast with my three children enjoying everything that coastal life has to offer.

I love nothing more than to keep fit by working out and streaming my favourite workouts online or finding a quiet moment of peace with a guided meditation.
