Thank you Carli for your encouragement while I was making a decision regarding a career. I had done a lot of groundwork before approaching Carli but she got in contact with one of her contacts who was in the industry to get an inside opinion which I found helpful, as it can be daunting when you are thinking about going into a completely new career.
Carli listened to my situation and gave me guidance so I was confident enough to make the decision to leave my current job and go back to study. She reinforced that I had nothing to loose. The worst that could happen was that if it did not work out, and I could go back to working in the industry I was in, but that anything was worth a try. Sometimes you need a little push to follow through with what you want to do.
