About me…

After studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science, I started my meandering journey into HR, gathering insights and knowledge of various industries along the way. I fell into my first HR job by accident and haven’t looked back since, as I can fulfil two of my passions – helping and educating people.

I have gained extensive experience during my HR career in the areas of Aviation, IT and State Government, along with a thorough understanding of the Allied Health industry. Using the knowledge that I have collected in these industries have provided the perfect base from which to draw when advising our clients at Strawberry Seed since joining in 2018.

What I love about my job…

I love working for Strawberry Seed Consulting, as I get to work with small business owners who need assistance with the many complexities of managing staff, which leads to so much variety from day-to-day. Learning about our clients’ inner workings and challenges, then providing them with solutions gives me immense satisfaction. One of the greatest things is that our clients genuinely appreciate the advice and support that we provide them.

I also love the team that I get to work with, who are eager to share their knowledge and never hesitate to jump in and help out when you need it. Having the flexibility to work around my family’s needs is also a huge plus!

When I’m not at work…

Growing up in Perth has instilled in me a love of the beach and all things outdoors. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family, enjoying everything that the Surf Coast offers – beaches, parks, walking trails and cafes. It’s essential for my mental health to have a balance of keeping fit at the gym while also getting out and socialising with friends over coffee or wine(s).
