To help them continue to provide a high level of service, they have an opportunity for a new Client Service Officer/Paraplanner who is either looking to enter the industry after completing relevant study or looking for the next step in their career.
About the Role
Reporting to the Directors and Office Manager, key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Client Interaction: Be the first point of contact for all clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Communication: Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Appointment Management: Accurately book, reschedule, and manage appointments for new and existing clients, as well as staff diaries.
- Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, correspondence, filing, updating the client database, and maintaining accurate records.
- Payment Processing: Handle client payments as required.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to improving processes and systems.
- Team Support: Assist the Accounting team with additional tasks, projects, and provide backup administrative support as needed.
This is a Part Time position (30 hours per week) with remuneration commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience. This position is available for immediate start.
