Conflux Technology is in an exciting growth phase and have an opportunity for an experienced Engineering Services Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation, refinement, delivery and monitoring of their Engineering Services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimal delivery to their customers. If you have a passion for operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and process innovation, this role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team in the field of additive manufacturing.
This is both an internal and customer facing role that will requires concise and clear communications at all levels and strong staff management and leadership. This role focuses on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and working closely with the Engineering Leads, Project Managers and technical teams to align technical execution with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering and design workflows, and service delivery, ideally with previous experience in Additive Manufacturing.
