Mind Up began from a passion to help people reach beyond coping to thriving. They are a team of passionate and experienced psychologists and counsellors who understand the value of supporting each other and creating a thriving community.
They provide traditional therapy, use modern technology, clinical individual, and group supervision, foster professional networks and deliver workshops and group programs to help change and encourage growth to flourish. The clinic encourages the team to think outside the box, be creative and lean on each other for support. They believe their team culture sets them apart from the rest.
