Our client, Brodie’s Magic, is a not-for-profit organisation that has been set up to ensure the appropriate structure and active support for Brodie. Brodie is a vibrant 14-year-old who loves music, water, the outdoors, and riding bikes. He lives at home with his parents, brother, and therapy dog, Minty, and is ready to increase his independence.
This newly created role will enable the NFP to continue to provide active support for Brodie, ensuring he has the right team of support workers assisting him to live his best life. Brodie and his magic team are looking for an empathic and caring Team Leader to come on board to lead and coordinate the support worker team and ensure projects are well coordinated.
Reporting to the Trustees of Brodie’s Magic, this is a vital role in leading and co-ordinating Brodie’s Support Worker team to ensure he meets his goals.
