I was looking for assistance with making sure our contracts and policies were all up-to-scratch. I had some minor HR issues last year and didn’t want to ever be in that situation, or worse, again. Also, we have NDIS audit coming up, and I need to know that we are as ready as we can be.

I asked in an online professional forum for recommendations, and Strawberry Seed was mentioned several times very positively as having experience with allied health businesses. The website and email contact seemed more personal than other HR consulting businesses. Also, I like the business name!

Helen helped me with reviewing our contracts, benchmarking our salaries, supplying policies and forms and making sure I understood all of these.

My HR career began over 25 years ago after completing a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources. I worked for large companies and gained experience across various industries, including IT, building and construction, oil and gas and automotive. One of my most rewarding roles was HR Manager for a business with fewer than 50 employees.
