Upon my commencement at TMS I noticed that our HR policies needed a review and update.

Looking for a local HR consultant, I met with a few and selected Strawberry Seed Consulting because Carli and team were very approachable, understood what our business concerns and issues were, and understood that SMB’s had limited budgets.

Strawberry Seed provided us, for a fixed fee, all our HR policies, templates and contracts, we required to operate the business.

I would highly recommend Strawberry Seed Consulting as they are very personable, understand business issues we face, and structure a service that takes all this in consideration. They were prompt with their service and continually followed up to ensure we were satisfied as a customer. We now consider them as our HR partner, and we will engage them for our HR needs.

My HR career began over 25 years ago after completing a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources. I worked for large companies and gained experience across various industries, including IT, building and construction, oil and gas and automotive. One of my most rewarding roles was HR Manager for a business with fewer than 50 employees.
