A 5-month interactive leadership program for those ready to lead with clarity, confidence and impact.
Lead With Impact is more than just leadership training – a practical, engaging program for real-world leaders juggling competing priorities and growing teams. Over five months, you’ll work through five modules delivered in live, online workshops (5 x 2.5 hours), supported by three personalised coaching sessions and a curated set of tools and resources to support long-term success.
This blended format combines interactive group learning, individualised feedback, and real-time coaching, helping you apply what you learn immediately to your leadership role.
What You’ll Learn
The program is split into two core focus areas:
Modules 1 & 2: Managing Yourself First
Before effectively leading others, you must know how to manage your time, energy and mindset. You’ll learn how to:
- Refine your time and energy management to avoid burnout
- Set clear boundaries and lead with intention
- Define your leadership identity, understand your strengths and blind spots
- Build emotional resilience, create space to lead, not just “do”
These sessions include a DISC behavioural assessment and a 1:1 debrief session, helping you gain deep insights into your communication and leadership style.
Modules 3–5: Leading Others with Clarity & Confidence
With a solid self-leadership foundation, we move on to the practical skills needed to lead a team effectively. You’ll explore how to:
- Build a high-performing, values-aligned team
- Communicate with clarity and set expectations that stick
- Delegate effectively and develop team capability
- Provide feedback that builds trust and accountability
- Manage conflict, address poor performance, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence
Realistic case studies and breakout discussions allow you to apply these strategies in a safe, supportive environment.
Pre-Work, Post-Work and Resources
To get the most out of the program, each module includes 1 to 1.5 hours of pre-work, designed to set the foundation for each workshop. This may include short videos, reflection questions, or real-life application activities.
You’ll also receive post-workshop resources and tools to deepen your learning and support implementation back in the workplace.
Like anything in leadership, you get out what you put in. The more engaged you are with the self-paced content, the more practical and transformational this experience will be.

What does it cost?
The next Lead With Impact: Grow Your Leadership Skills course commences on July 23rd, 2025 (note: this date has been changed). This five-month course (with all the inclusions) costs $2750 plus GST per person.
