The Leadership Skills Deep Dive series is designed for people who want more than an introduction to leadership. These sessions give you the time and space to focus on one skill area, understand it properly and learn how to apply it in real situations. Each Deep Dive is three hours of practical learning, guided discussion and tools you can start using straight away.
These sessions suit leaders at every stage of their career, from emerging leaders to experienced managers who want to strengthen specific skills. They are also ideal for people who often find themselves managing humans without the job title to match, the ones who wish to gain clarity, confidence and a toolkit that actually works.
Every Deep Dive is delivered live on Zoom so that you can join from anywhere. After the session, you will also receive access to supporting resources through our online training portal to help you embed what you have learnt.
