Senior Admin Assistant
Physio Group South West is seeking a motivated Senior Administration Assistant to support their Practice Manager and play a key role in the daily operations of their busy physiotherapy clinic in Collie.
This is more than an administration role. It is a senior position with real responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to business improvement and team performance. There is also potential for this role to grow into a Team Leader / 2IC position to the Practice Manager over time.

About the Role
You will work closely supporting the Practice Manager in operational, administrative and financial processes, while also providing leadership support to the reception team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Practice Manager with daily clinic operations and administrative systems
- Assisting with onboarding, training and support of new staff
- Managing communication with clients, staff and suppliers
- Supporting billing processes, including third party claims
- Assisting with tracking business performance and activities
- Providing guidance and support to administration staff
- Stepping into reception when required to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Other support or coverage duties as required
About You
You will be an experienced Senior Administrator, ideally with a background in Allied Health who is organised, proactive and confident taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
You may have been a previous Practice Manager or Team Leader looking to step back and wanting a part-time role or someone looking to take the next step in their career and continue to develop.
You are organised, proactive and confident taking initiative in a fast-paced environment. You remain calm under pressure, can juggle competing priorities with ease, and bring a strong customer service mindset and work ethic to everything you do.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a senior administration or operations role
