Sage Psychology & Assessment are a locally owned multidisciplinary practice providing psychology and occupational therapy services to children, adolescents and adults across Central Queensland.

About the role (Part Time, 3 days per week)
Working closely with their Director, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while providing leadership and support to the Client Services Team.
You’ll become the operational backbone of the clinic, helping Sage continually improve systems, processes and client experience while allowing their clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional care.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading the day-to-day operations of the practice
· Supervising and supporting the Client Services Team
· Managing reception operations, workflows and client experience
· Coordinating recruitment and onboarding alongside our external HR partner
· Developing and maintaining operational policies, procedures and systems
· Coordinating payroll, reconciliations and general practice administration
· Supporting diary management and waitlist processes
· Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across the practice
· Working closely with the Director to support the ongoing growth of the business
About you

· Previous experience managing a healthcare, allied health or medical practice
