About the Role
Reporting to the Lead, Philanthropy and Grant making, this role plays a key part in supporting donors and delivering high-quality grant making processes.
You will act as a first point of contact for fund advisors, coordinate grant administration, and contribute to meaningful philanthropic outcomes. The role combines relationship management, research, and strong administrative capability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the first point of contact for Fund advisors
- Providing tailored guidance aligned with philanthropic best practice
- Supporting donors through their philanthropic journey and responding to enquiries
- Coordinating end-to-end grant processing with accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting grant rounds and advisory client work
- Liaising with not-for-profit organisations and managing funding enquiries
- Contributing to donor engagement initiatives, communications and events
- Maintaining systems, records and compliance processes
About You
ACF are seeking an organised and proactive coordinator who thrives in a purpose-driven environment. As a genuine team player, you will enjoy supporting others and contributing to shared goals, while also taking ownership of your own work.
You bring a strong administrative foundation, a warm and professional communication style, and a consistent work ethic that enables you to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
- 2–3 years’ experience in administration or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Confidence working with data, systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously
- Initiative and a proactive approach
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Curiosity and genuine interest in philanthropy and the not-for-profit sector
