What Mind Up are looking for:

Registered Psychologist (Full Time or Part Time, min. 3 days)

This role is ideal for someone who wants clinical autonomy with strong support. You’ll work with a caseload of your preferred client group, with the option to explore specialist interest areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults (depending on your areas of interest)
• Develop tailored treatment and assessment plans
• Participate in regular supervision and internal PD
• Facilitate Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy (VRET) sessions as part of our Phobia Treatment Program
• Optional: Deliver workshops, talks, group programs in areas of interest to support the community and develop your career
• Engage actively in team culture, collaboration and knowledge-sharin

Who You Are

• A registered psychologist (general or clinical)
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping people thrive
• A self-starter who values both independence and team connection
• Emotionally intelligent, ethical, and professional
• Experience working with trauma and/or phobias is ideal but not required

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) or Master’s in Psychology
• Current AHPRA registration
• Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number
• Working With Children Check (Employee)
• National Police Check (employment)
• Solid understanding of evidence-based practice, ethics, and regulatory standards
