Winnicott Psychology Clinic in Berwick is a private psychology practice dedicated to providing high-quality psychological care and services to clients of all ages and diverse mental health needs. Their psychologists are committed to assisting their clients to flourish and teach them to have “thriving futures, no matter what has passed.” The Winnicott team are committed to fostering self-awareness, personal growth, and sustainable care.

Due to ongoing growth, Winnicott Psychology Clinic have contracting opportunities for Registered Psychologists (full-time or part-time hours) to join their team.

About the Opportunity

This role is for registered psychologists who are early-career, mid-career, or established senior clinicians. Ideally, you are seeking sub-contractor opportunity in private practice. You will work with a diverse client base and have the autonomy to shape your client load, while receiving administration support from our highly capable Client Care Team.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological services

·       Work across a range of client presentations, with the option to specialise in your areas of interest

·       Ensure delivery of treatment plans that are tailored to individual needs

·       Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation, including clinical notes and treatment progress

·       Be supported to grow in the direction of your professional goals.

You are a Registered Psychologist who has:

·       a passion for evidence-based and outcomes-focused therapeutic work of high quality

·       a client-centered approach that is compassionate and curious

·       emotional resilience and utmost integrity

·       a strong commitment to maintaining excellence in clinical documentation and ethical practice.

Winnicott Psychology Clinic are seeking a confident, capable and reliable clinician who demonstrates excellent communication skills. You will be open to working across diverse clinical presentations and have a genuine desire to help individuals make progress in their mental health journey.

You will bring a calm and professional presence to the clinic, and take pride in delivering exceptional service with utmost integrity. Competence, compassion, and emotional resilience are at the heart of how you approach each client with care, understanding, and clinical insight.

Key Skills & Experience

·       AHPRA Registered Psychologist (General or Clinical)

·       Sub-contractor opportunity, part-time or full-time hours

·       Experience using a range of evidence-based therapies

·       Medicare provider number / WWCC / Police Check
