About The Role
Registered Psychologist (Full or Part Time, min. 3 days)
This role is ideal for someone who wants clinical autonomy with strong support. You’ll work with a caseload of your preferred presentations, with the option to explore specialist interest areas. Mind Up requires a psychologist who is able to see clients from a variety of age groups, including children (5yr+), adolescents (13yr+) and adults (18yr+).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults (depending on your areas of interest)
- Develop tailored treatment and assessment plans
- Participate in regular supervision and internal PD
- Facilitate Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy (VRET) sessions as part of our Phobia Treatment Program
- Optional: Deliver workshops, talks, group programs in areas of interest to support the community and develop your career
- Engage actively in team culture, collaboration and knowledge-sharing
Who You Are
● A registered psychologist (general or clinical)
● Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping people thrive
● A self-starter who values both independence and team connection
● Emotionally intelligent, ethical, and professional
● Experience working with trauma and/or phobias is ideal but not required
What You’ll Need
● Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) or Master’s in Psychology
● Current AHPRA registration
● Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number
● Working With Children Check (Employee)
● National Police Check (employment)
● Solid understanding of evidence-based practice, ethics, and regulatory standards
