With a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) from RMIT University, Ruby brings a considered and people-centred approach to her work. During her studies she developed a strong appreciation for the role HR plays in supporting well-functioning workplaces where employees can thrive.

Ruby joined Strawberry Seed as an intern during her final year of university where she built on her academic knowledge with hands-on experience in an HR consulting environment. Following graduation, she transitioned into a permanent role as HR Coordinator where she is motivated to continue growing her HR expertise.

Ruby enjoys getting into the nitty-gritty of HR and compliance to deliver practical outcomes aligned with best practice. With an interest in psychology and human behaviour she enjoys collaborating with clients and their people leaders to develop positive and adaptable workplace cultures.
