About me…

With dual accreditations in HR and Business and Office Management, I bring a wealth of experience from working with some of Melbourne’s most prominent consultancies and firms across Education, Professional Services, Retail, and IT, as well as an internationally successful start-up created on the Surf Coast. My diverse industry exposure has been instrumental in shaping my journey toward becoming a seasoned HR professional.

What I love about my job…

I joined Strawberry Seed Consulting in 2019 as an HR Assistant, was promoted to HR Coordinator in 2021 while completing my HR Certification, and advanced to HR Advisor in July 2022.

I am deeply passionate about people and dedicated to improving employer-employee relationships and the overall workplace experience. My goal is to foster environments where both employers and employees can thrive, grow, and excel together.

Being part of an incredibly supportive team that openly shares their knowledge and pools their experience so that our clients have access to infinite expertise when engaging with Strawberry Seed is something I’m immensely proud to be a part of.

When I’m not at work…

Movement is my medicine, so you will find me at one of the local hot pilates studios or outdoors with my English Springer Spaniel, KiKi.

I reside on the Surf Coast with my three children, enjoying everything that coastal life has to offer.
