About me…

After moving to Australia in 1999, I’ve worked in many industries – from small to large businesses in a variety of administration based roles.

I found my initial HR focus in a role just before having my family. My passion for HR was cemented when I returned from a 2 year stay back in England and found myself in an HR Coordinator position in the retail industry.

I joined the Strawberry Seed Team in March 2019, the only team member based in Melbourne. Bringing a mix of academic and practical HR experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioural Science, Certificate IV in HR and Certificate in Recruitment, I most recently qualified as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

What I love about my job…

It’s fascinating to work with different people and their respective industries.  Everyone has a focus on different things, and no two days are ever the same for us.  Working with clients gives us a unique perspective of applying what we know to people to provide them with confidence and sound knowledge that they are doing the right thing!

When I’m not at work…

I have two high school-age children, and I live in the northern suburbs of Melbourne with my husband, kids, and dog. I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends, going to the movies and binge-watching anything good.  I also adore shopping – I live to find a good bargain!! I also love to bake and trying new recipes.
