About me…
My HR journey started nearly 25 years ago in a multinational industrial manufacturing organisation. Since then I have had the pleasure of working across a range of sectors and industries with businesses of all sizes. I love helping small businesses meet their HR obligations whilst focussing on building positive culture, growth and performance.
My strengths are training and development, leadership coaching, career coaching/outplacement and organisational development. I am curious to understand others and love learning about various client’s needs so I can develop customised solutions.
I am passionate about psychological safety in the workplace, social justice and helping organisations to create positive workplace cultures that support wellbeing.
I think people would describe me as supportive, caring, ethical, principled, dedicated and hopefully a bit knowledgeable.

When I’m not at work…
I live on the Surf Coast with my two children, hubby Nick and our beloved Jack-Russell Sunny who completely rules the roost.
You may see me walking on the beach engaging in lively conversations with my dog (albeit one-way), coffee in hand chatting with all the other doggies we meet along the way. I sometimes even talk to people too! 😉
I relax by watching true crime, listening to Taylor Swift, hanging out with the family, reading non-fiction and hanging out with friends.
