About me…

Since completing a Bachelor of Social Science with a major in Human Resources back in 2000, my whole career has been focused on Human Resources because I really love what I do. Each day is unique, and I love the opportunity to build relationships with clients and develop solutions to meet their needs.

With 20 years of experience working across a broad range of businesses and industries, including Healthcare, Engineering, Retail, Corporate Services and Professional Services, the journey has been varied and interesting.

What I love about my job…

In my current role with Strawberry Seed Consulting (joining in mid-2020), I love the opportunity to support small businesses. I am impressed by the business owners who have taken the leap and created their own unique business, and I consider it a privilege to support each business with their Human Resources needs.

When I’m not at work…

I have 3 small children and a husband who works shift work, so my days tend to disappear in a blink! We are a very social and active family. We love coffee catch up’s, play dates at the park and exploring Torquay and its surroundings.
