About me…

I completed a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Human Resource Management, in 2005 at Massey University, New Zealand. On completion, I quickly picked up a graduate position and worked for 18 months before taking off to London to work and travel. From London, I moved to Perth, where I worked in the State Public Sector for many years before taking a break to raise a family. In 2017 my husband, children, and I moved to Geelong to be closer to family, and I have loved every minute of the Geelong lifestyle – but not so much the long, cold winters!

What I love about my job…

Strawberry Seed has allowed me to be back doing what I love – and provides the perfect flexibility. I never thought I would find the perfect job!
My husband and I have our own small business, so I understand the challenges that small business owners face. There are many different aspects to Human Resource Management, and I love that no two days are the same. I enjoy working across many different industries and assisting business owners with the complexities that come with managing their people.

When I’m not at work…

I live in Geelong with my husband and four young children, who keep me very busy. You will often find us on camping getaways, outdoor adventures or out riding our bikes. I love spending my spare time with family and socialising with friends.
