I set up a new company to provide music therapy services and was looking for help of start up HR policies including contracts. my allied health colleague highly recommend Strawberry Seed. During my initial session Carli had been very helpful with my questions and offering different services that could be helpful to my business. Then Tori was very professional and helpful helping me to draft the contracts / policies specific to my industry / services. Tori was very helpful not only during the online meeting, but helping me via emails / phone calls to clarify questions, or help me to find out answers. My HR career began over 25 years ago after completing a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources. I worked for large companies and gained experience across various industries, including IT, building and construction, oil and gas and automotive. One of my most rewarding roles was HR Manager for a business with fewer than 50 employees.
